Residence 9 has been thoughtfully designed and lovingly created to enrich the architectural integrity of older style period properties. The Residence 9 range is ideally suited for use in conservation areas due entirely to its traditional appearance which is virtually indistinguishable from a 19th century timber window. Residence 9 flush sash windows are crafted to feature all of the authentic and original detailing of a traditional timber window without the costly and time consuming maintenance that a timber window demands.
Each section of the Georgian Lattice is hand crafted and applied by hand to recreate the original latticework found in period townhouses. The moulds are an exact match with an angled putty line outside and attractive details.
Bay windows were a common feature on 1930’s period properties. Cornerposts were used to add detail and further decoration to your bay windows. With our Residence 9 windows we can reproduce these original elements.
In the 19th Century the windows had a Flush Sash. This photo shows the Residence 9 Flush appearance from the outside. Note the traditional Butt Joints where the sections are joined. This can only be achieved with Craftsmen and not with automated machinery and this technology is unique to Residence 9.
